Remember these are just average wait times and don't include time waiting for your turn in the queue
Day 0
Consultation
We'll message on telegram and talk about general details about your suit and your expectations
You'll receive your initial quote based on your fursona
If you want to proceed, we'll schedule an in person or virtual meeting
Deposit Paid
Your deposit covers paying for materials and time spent making your suit
Its fully refundable any time before you approve ordering materials for your suit or approve work to begin on your suit, whichever comes first
Day 1 - 7
Fur Selection
You'll visit our studio in Washington, DC and look at the fur colors for your suit in person.
You can optionally message or do a voice call if you don't want to visit in person
Work Approval
You'll approve the purchase of materials or the start of work
Your deposit will no longer be refundable
Digital Proof
We will digitally design your fursona so you can see what the suit will look like when we're done
You'll get lots of opportunities to give feedback so we can get it right and meet your expectations
Day 7 - 30
Supplies Delivery
If your suit needed special supplies or colors of fur we didn't have in stock, we have to wait for them to be delivered
Most materials get delivered within 15 days but some items like Rx Eye Glass lenses take 20-30 days
Days 30 - 60
Suit Construction
Work begins on your suit!
On average we finish a head in 30 days or less from when we start construction on your suit
Adding additional pieces will extend this time
Day 60
It's DONE!
We finish your suit!
You'll pay off any remaining balance on your account
You'll come pick up your suit in person at our studio or optionally we can ship it to you!
Furries that pick it up in person get extra benefits like a professional photoshoot with our partnered photographer plus a printed and framed photo of you wearing your suit for the first time!
