What payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal and Zelle! We do not accept cash for orders greater than $100 USD.
How fast can my suit be done?
We'll finish your suit as fast as possible while maintaining quality and comfort for you.
Typically suits with in-stock materials will finish within 30 days of starting. This doesn't
include time spent waiting in the queue!
Can you make my species?
Probably! We do special foam casting for our suits to maximize your comfort and your suits durability. We charge extra
for species that don't use our standard bases. If your okay with paying a "experimental" fee,
we can probably do it for you - just ask!
Do you make Digitigrade suits?
Nope! We do plantigrade, but message us we can connect you with another
local that will be happy to make you one!
Can you add NSFW Features?
We accept NSFW requests all the time. Just ask! Your secret is safe with us. OwO
Do you ship suits?
Yes! We'll ship your suit anywhere you want, just let us know where you want it sent.
We require you to purchase shipping insurance for the full valued amount of your suit before we will ship it!
We may charge you a shipping fee we may not depending on shipping costs, we will let you know when we are finishing your
suit.
Can I pick up my suit in person?
Yes! We prefer you do! We offer special benefits to people who pick it up in person!
Do you smoke in your work area?
No one smokes in our home. Your suit will NOT smell like cigarettes and our goal is for your suit to smell like a brand new
fursuit with no smell.
Am I allowed to tour the laboratory/work area?
Not yet! When we move to a dedicated work space that isn't shared with my home, maybe!
Can I watch you make my suit?
I like to make videos of me making stuff, your suit might just be filmed too! But we don't want to guarantee anything.
If you want to physically watch me make it, probably not unless you pay me a lot of money.
Can you use my base or materials?
We use the highest quality materials we can get our hands on to make your suit. And we try to
minimize the cost of your suit as much as possible while maintaining quality.
We WILL charge you an extra fee to provide your own materials.
What if I'm allergic..?
We don't typically eat near our equipment or materials, and our one cat is never allowed near our work area. But I make these in my home (for now...) so your suit
may possibly be exposed to food allergens and/or cat hair.
